I imagine I'll still use Wordpress for most jobs, but sNews does have a slightly more corporate feel, and the admin interface is brilliantly simple, so is a contender for jobs where the end user may get easily lost!
Not quite as simple an install as WP, but just a little bit of MySQL.

Yep, YouSendIt offers a range of services but the basic one is free, slightly limited by size and to one file per upload, but that's no big deal really.
