I am new to blogging so this will be very much a learning experience for me. Like many other people in education who have recently discovered blogs and wikis, I think there is tremendous potential for their use in teaching and supporting student learning. But we need to know what works and what doesn’t and learn about what is going on out there. Elgg looks like it should be a great way to develop a community for sharing experiences and passing on information and ideas. The only catch is that I don’t have any experience with blogs and wikis in e-learning to pass on so far! This will change hopefully.
